This notice explains what Advisory Meetings does with the details you give us. We kept it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and anything you write in the message box. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. We do not collect anything else about you.
Why we collect it
We use these details to answer your request. That might mean replying with a question, preparing the buyer map you asked for, or arranging a conversation you asked to have. We do not use them for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have the context if you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are read by the people at Advisory Meetings who handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.
If you want us to stop
Reply stop to any message from us and we will not contact you again.
Deleting your details
You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to evie.quinn@advisorymeetings.co, or send the request through our contact form. We will confirm once it is done.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit or follow you around the web afterward. The only outside service the site calls is the one that supplies its typefaces.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
